The preferred societal structure - first of the mad scientist series

Should I be elected supreme being or gain other unwieldy powers like that of The Oprah where I could mold and shape our culture and society to suit myself I would probably make some of the following changes.

You see dear reader the problem is timing and sychronization. All of the natural desires and elements are present, the crux of it is the need for the alignment thereof. Enough about that for now, let's discuss the problem before we get to why Beverly DiAngelo needs to get with me immedately. Beverly, should you read this, I love the green crushed velvet outfit in "Christmas Vacation", you can skip to below where my email is provided.

The feminine path:
sexual puberty - practicality - security/vanity - mortality/reproduction - sexuality - maturity

The male path
security/vanity - sexual puberty - sexuality - practicality - mortality/reproduction - maturity

The difference in the order of the phases across genders creates the fundimental problems or conflicts for which societal restructing offers solutions. Examples of these conflicts will first be discussed: While the phases of each path can be distinct it is also possible for an individual to exhibit multiple phases at once. And of course, individualy ensures there are exceptions to these generalizations

sexual puberty vs. security/vanity
During early adolescence it is said girls mature quicker than boys. Accepting this assumption implies the beginning of several significant gaps over the course of our lives. As girls begin to enter the adolescent age period, sexual puberty occurs. Teasing, variations in the timing of evident signs of puberty (i.e. breast development), reactions of male peers and societal double standards regarding who can pursue sexuality (slut/stud) all tend to limit developement or focus emphasis during this period to sexual puberty for females. During this same time period Boys are primarily involved in a sub-culture with male focus. Sports, cars and "manly" pursuits undertaken by boys address vanity and securty issue rather than their own puberty. The discussion in the boys locker room may be about girls but it's more intermale posturing that for the benefit of any girl. "Did you see the tits on Susie? Dude!" The female locker room (and I've been in many) only highlights the physical variations that girls observe during a time where belonging is key to self definition "Am I normal, I wish I was beautiful lke Susie..."

practicality vs sexual puberty
Late adolescence thru the student years can be characterized as yet another period of significant gap between the sexes. Males now enter sexual puberty with the benefit of largely resolved vanity and security issue. A fascination with sexuality is started with many less inhibitors. Females adapt to morality and self image sex inhibitors as well as to the fact that puberty is uncontrollable and they enter a period of practicality as a result of this adaptation. Boys dream about sex, girls dream about the future.

security/vanity vs sexuality
Concluding the student years and entering adulthood males now begin to find their single biggest sexual inhibitor, unwilling girls, is diminishing. Some females are worn down others are discovering sex as a pleasurable activity. Females begin to gain confidence based on the accomplishments of youth and seek to secure their dreams of home and family. Women realize sexual power which allows a transition from practical to secure. Males, focused largely on sexuality given the new-found williness of females, enter marriage and make commitments which makes women feel secure and flattered. Women have survived being a teenager, finishing an education, got a man, enjoyed some sex -kinda, felt pretty in their wedding dress, and have a house all helping to address vanity and security. Men, happy as clams to have a willing sexual partner and are pretty much up for whatever.

mortality reproduction vs. practicality
Approaching middle age women begin to realize their mortality in terms of the ticking of the biological clock. Reproduction becomes a focus. Men become increasingly focused on work and careers to meet the demands of new responsibilities, and sex may become somthing to trade for. Men realize sex without reproduction is unlikely and while probably not yet ready or eager for children see peers doing it...

sexuality vs mortality/reproduction
During middle age women realize they have accomplished many of their dreams, paid they're dues and often awaken to a new sexuality, now knowing what they want and like, confident to decide when and with whom on their own terms. Many of their dreams of home and family are achieved allowing time while still physically capable to relax and have fun. Men during this time are recognizing signs of their own mortality. They're sex drive has slacked off, they aren't the fastest or smartest at work anymore so creating a legacy to live on in the form of their children becomes important. Sex keeps dropping from his priorities
"Oh god again dear? Fine. Pass the viagra" "Sally, you have a gorgeous pool boy!, You go girl"

maturity vs maturity
Finally as late life occurs, both genders settle out of a sexuality and are better able to relate to one another.

Jeez how bitter am I?

ya, und now vee vill examine how it ought to vee
